Cancellation Policy
This website does not collect payments. For projects accepted and paid separately, you may request cancellation by email; the result depends on whether production has started and how much custom work has been completed.
1. Submitting a cancellation
Email karrarvisuals@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject “Project Cancellation” and include your name and project name. A cancellation becomes effective when we confirm it in writing.
2. Cancellation before work starts
A project cancelled before editing or other billable work begins has no cancellation fee. Any payment made through the separately arranged method is eligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation after work starts
If work has started, the client is responsible for the value of work completed through the confirmed cancellation time and any non-recoverable project costs. Any unused prepaid amount will be handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Rescheduling or pausing
If you need more time to provide files or feedback, contact us before cancelling. When practical, we may agree in writing to pause or reschedule the project. A revised delivery date may be required.
5. Cancellation by Karrar Enterprises
We may cancel or refuse a project involving unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized material, non-payment, or a serious breach of the agreed terms. If we cancel for reasons not caused by the client, we will refund amounts paid for services not delivered.
Karrar Enterprises is operated by Karrar Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
