Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to consultation appointments and custom video-editing projects.
1. Consultation calls
Please reschedule or cancel through the Calendly confirmation link as soon as possible. Repeated missed appointments may require confirmation before another call is reserved.
2. Project cancellation
Send cancellation requests in writing by email. Cancellation becomes effective when acknowledged by us. Charges may apply for work already completed, reserved production time, purchased assets, transaction fees, and other committed costs.
3. Paused projects
If required materials, feedback, or approvals are delayed, delivery dates may be moved. Projects inactive for an extended period may be closed or require a revised schedule and quote before restarting.
4. Cancellation by us
We may decline or end work for non-payment, unlawful or infringing materials, abusive conduct, or material breach of agreed terms. Any payment adjustment will follow the project agreement and work completed.
