Delivery Policy
Karrar Enterprises provides custom digital video-editing services. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables and timing are confirmed for each project.
1. Delivery method
Final videos and other agreed digital files are delivered through email, a secure download link, or a mutually agreed cloud-storage service. The client is responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the chosen delivery service.
2. Turnaround time
The expected delivery date or turnaround time is agreed in writing before work begins. The production timeline starts after we receive the required footage, usable file links, project instructions, and confirmation of any initial payment arranged separately with the client.
3. Client delays and scope changes
Late files, missing instructions, delayed feedback, replacement footage, or changes to the agreed scope may extend the delivery date. We will communicate a revised estimate when a delay materially affects the schedule.
4. Revisions and final delivery
One client revision phase is included unless a written quote states otherwise. Additional revisions may add cost and time. Final, unwatermarked, or full-resolution deliverables may be withheld until the separately arranged payment is complete.
5. Access problems and backups
Please report a broken link, corrupted file, or other technical delivery problem within seven calendar days so we can correct it. Clients should download and back up completed files promptly; continued hosting or indefinite storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
