Delivery Policy
Karrar Enterprises provides digital video-editing services. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Delivery method
Final files are delivered by email, download link, cloud-storage service, or another digital method agreed with the client.
2. Timing
Estimated turnaround is confirmed for each project. Timing begins after required footage, instructions, payment or deposit, and other agreed materials are received. Estimates may change for scope changes, delayed feedback, technical issues, or events outside reasonable control.
3. Review and revisions
Clients should review files promptly and submit revision requests within the period and revision allowance stated in the project agreement. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may require a new quote.
4. File access
Download links may expire. Clients should download and securely store delivered files. Long-term archival storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
5. Delivery problems
If a link fails or a file appears corrupted, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, where available, provide a replacement link.
