1. Services and scope

Karrar Enterprises provides professional video-editing services including cutting, sequencing, color grading, sound design, music selection, stabilization, and delivery of final digital video assets. The agreed scope, format, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing for each project.

2. Prices and payment

Website prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Submitting a form does not create a charge or require payment. This website does not accept, collect, or process payments.

After reviewing a project request, Karrar Enterprises provides a written confirmation, quote or invoice, and payment instructions separately. The payment method and schedule are agreed directly with the client before work begins. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables when an agreed payment is overdue.

3. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate instructions, usable files, timely feedback, and all permissions needed for footage, music, logos, trademarks, and other supplied material. The client must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.

4. Revisions

One client revision phase is included per project unless the written quote says otherwise. Additional revision phases are billed at $50 USD each unless another rate is agreed in writing. A request that changes the original scope may require a new quote and delivery date.

5. Delivery

Services are delivered digitally; no physical shipping is provided. Delivery timing, delays, access issues, and client backup responsibilities are described in the Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on whether work has begun and how much work has been completed. The Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

7. Ownership and permitted use

After the agreed payment is complete, the client may use the final approved deliverables for the purposes agreed for the project. Karrar Enterprises retains ownership of its editing methods, reusable tools, templates, project files, and unused concepts unless a written agreement expressly transfers them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karrar Enterprises is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform decisions, or delays outside our reasonable control. Our total responsibility for a claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount the client paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Privacy and changes

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may update these website terms from time to time; the effective date identifies the current version. Project-specific changes must be agreed in writing.
