Refund Policy
Video editing is a customized digital service. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed project terms and the work already completed.
1. Before work begins
If you paid in advance and cancel before work begins, contact us promptly. Unless the project agreement states otherwise, eligible amounts may be refunded, less non-refundable transaction charges or approved preparatory costs.
2. After work begins
Once editing or project preparation has started, completed work and committed costs are generally non-refundable. Any partial refund or credit is determined from the project scope, work completed, and written agreement.
3. Service concerns
Report concerns promptly and provide clear details. Where revisions are included in the project scope, we will first work to address the issue through those revisions.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original or mutually agreed payment method. Processing time may vary by financial provider.
